Welcome to the Waterville Youth Soccer Association’s (WYSA) website!
WYSA is a volunteer, grassroots organization that promotes and operates recreational and travel soccer (through The Maine Novas!) opportunities for local youth soccer players in the greater Waterville area. Rec soccer is available for girls and boys aged 4 to 11; travel soccer with the Maine Novas is open to players aged 7.5 to 14 (8th grade).The programs are open to players from throughout our central Maine community!
Registration for the 2025 Fall Travel Soccer season with The Maine Novas is open!
Registration Links:
*Fall season starts in Mid-August*
1-2 practices per week (typically 60-90 minutes)
Games hosted on Sundays
Playoffs or Fall Festivals (depending on age bracket)
Fun, action packed Indigenous Peoples’ Day Weekend Tournament (October 12th-13th)
Travel typically within an hour of Waterville/Oakland area
Uniforms purchased through our Online Challenger Team Store prior to the first game of the season at an additional cost.
